Welcome to Belfast Aikido!


Beginners classes run throughout the year. If you would like to try Aikido, just show up!

All classes are suitable for beginners of any age and fitness level. Belfast Aikikai admits students of any race, colour, age, gender, and sexual preference. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, or national or ethnic origin. Minimum age requirement for attending Aikido classes is currently 18 years.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Aikido is practised in bare feet, so please bring indoor shoes, such as flip flops to travel from the changing room to the mats.
